It depends on the scope and size. A compact apartment is typically a matter of weeks; a larger or multi-space apartment runs longer. The schedule is agreed before we start and built into the contract, and we hand over on the agreed date.
It starts with a short call, often by video, to understand your project. A full survey of your apartment is then arranged, structure and services analysed. You leave with an honest first read and clear next steps, at no cost and with no commitment.
Yes. HomeRev operates across the Emirates through LUX RENOVATIONS TECHNICAL SERVICES L.L.C (Dubai Trade License 1372040) and handles owner NOC, DEWA and RERA compliance. We work to European methods and finishing standards and settle in AED by bank transfer.
It depends on the extent of the works. For a complete renovation we advise against staying on site, both for your comfort and to keep the worksite moving. For partial works such as a kitchen or bathroom it is often possible. We assess this together during the survey.
