As the data controller, LUX RENOVATIONS TECHNICAL SERVICES L.L.C determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "PDPL") and the directives issued by the UAE Data Office.
2. Personal data we collect
HomeRev collects only the data strictly necessary to handle your renovation enquiry and deliver our services. No data is collected without your knowledge.
Through the quote and contact forms
When you submit a quote request or contact form on our website, we collect:
- First and last name;
- Email address;
- Phone number;
- Project type (apartment, villa, office, fit-out, landscaping, swimming pool…);
- Approximate size of the property;
- City or community of the project (Dubai, Abu Dhabi and surrounding communities);
- Any free-text message you choose to share with us.
Through Google Analytics 4 (browsing data)
As you browse the site, and subject to your consent, Google Analytics 4 collects in anonymised form:
- Pages visited and navigation path;
- Session duration;
- Device type used (mobile, tablet, desktop);
- Country/region of origin (anonymised IP, no full IP address is retained);
- Traffic source (search engine, direct access, social media).
No data that personally identifies you is shared with Google Analytics.
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is collected and processed solely for the following purposes:

4. Legal basis for processing
Each processing activity rests on a clear legal basis recognised under Article 4 of the PDPL:

5. Retention periods
Your data is kept only for as long as strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

Once these periods expire, your data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
6. Who receives your data
HomeRev never sells, rents or transfers your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Access to your data is strictly limited to:
- The authorised HomeRev internal team (project leads, management);
- Technical processors strictly necessary to operate the website and our internal tools, bound by confidentiality obligations.

Any transfer of your data outside the UAE is carried out only where the destination provides an adequate level of protection, or under appropriate contractual safeguards, in accordance with the cross-border transfer provisions of the PDPL.
7. Your rights under the PDPL
Under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (the PDPL), you have the following rights in respect of your personal data:
Right to access
Obtain confirmation that your data is being processed, and request information about how and why it is processed.
Right to correction
Have inaccurate or incomplete data about you corrected.
Right to erasure
Request deletion of your data, subject to our legal record-keeping obligations.
Right to data portability
Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format and have it transferred to another controller where technically feasible.
Right to restrict processing
Request that the processing of your data be limited or stopped in certain circumstances.
Right to object & withdraw consent
Object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw any consent you have given at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, send your request by email to our data protection contact (subject: "PDPL, exercise of rights"). We will respond within a reasonable period in line with the PDPL.
